CLASS IS SOLD OUT! Due to high demand, we are working on scheduling an additional date.

  • Are you experiencing an increase in denied or downgraded claims?
  • Is your Insurance Aging report getting longer?
  • Are you and your billing team prepared for or already being negatively impacted by the 2024 American Dental Association's Current Dental Terminology code changes?
  • Do you have new team members who need to become more familiar with dental billing?
  • Are you writing off denied or downgraded claims costing you hundreds or thousands of dollars?

Whether your team members are seasoned dental billers or new to their roles, we invite you to join us for a two-hour course collaboration session where your team will learn the following objectives:

  • The 2024 ADA CDT code edits, deletions, and additions.
  • How is the ADA coding system designed and maintained to ensure correct billing and reduce denied claims?
  • How to identify misinterpreted elements on ADA dental claims to reduce denials and plan audits while ensuring proper coding.
  • How to present a complete story to dental plans to reduce denials and down coding of claims.
SPEAKER
Cindy Hartwell

Cindy Hartwell, Premier Dental Consulting

Cindy has over 25 years of experience in the dental industry. After a career as an RDA and office manager in private practice, she joined a large dental benefit organization where she worked for 16 years in both commercial and state government divisions. She held customer service, claims processing, administration, training, and professional relations roles.

Following her years in the dental insurance industry, she used that experience while working for the California Dental Association. She consulted with dentists and their teams on dental benefit plans, helping them navigate the ever-changing dental marketplace while advocating for them as a dental benefits analyst.
